ABOUT US

Allnorth Land Surveyors (ALS) is a Registered Land Surveying firm in the province of British Columbia, serving heavy industrial, commercial, and public and private sector clients since 1971.  ALS provides a full range of land surveying, mapping and scanning services from two offices, with Kamloops servicing the southern region of BC and Terrace the northern. ALS also provides integrated engineering and environmental services through its affiliated company, Allnorth. ALS has extensive survey experience working with industrial and public sector clients on both private and Crown lands. 

ALS has been awarded 'Best Professional Service' by the Canadian Home Builders Association's Central Interior branch.

Tim Erickson, B.C.L.S. - ALS Partner

British Columbia Land Surveyor with more than 10 years of experience working in land surveying and engineering in British Columbia and Alberta.  Tim has been involved in all aspects of legal surveys in relation to land claims, topographic and as-built surveys, volumes and earthworks surveys, and digital cadastre maintenance, as well as municipal engineering and surveying and construction layout.  

Tim's strong technical skills are complemented by his recognition of the importance of working as part of a team, communicating throughout the project to provide the best quality products to support the client's goals. His ability to effectively liaise with the client and other professionals on the work site enables all parties to work effectively to the benefit of the project.

David Hardwicke - B.Sc., BCLS, CLS, P.Eng

David Hardwicke served as survey manager for the Terrace office of Dediluke Land Surveying Inc. from 1989 to 2019. He began surveying in 1976 in the mining industry and subsequently pursued further education, obtaining a technical diploma from B.C.I.T. in 1981 and a B.Sc. in Survey Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1989. During the four-year period between his studies at B.C.I.T. and the University of Calgary, Mr. Hardwicke surveyed in the mining industry in the Northwest Territories, Alberta, and BC. he received his commission as a BCLS in 1992, his CLS in 2000 and P.Eng. in 2001.
